  1. Day 1 Nairobi-Masai Mara

    We are picked up from Nairobi Airport & transferred to Wilson Airport for a 45 minutes flight to our camp in Masai Mara. Breakfast not inclusive for the day. We arrive in time for lunch at camp. Welcome and introduction, and then after lunch, we embark on our first afternoon game drive. We return to the camp after evening game drive to relax in front of the campfire before dinner at camp.
    Overnight at Mara Interpids Camp.

  2. Day 2, 3, 4 and 5 Masai Mara

    Our first full day in the Mara. We are woken up with a pre-dawn tea, coffee and biscuits before we set out on our drive at 6:00 hrs to photograph in the best light of the day. A full day to enjoy the world’s greatest natural theater of wildlife with at least three game drives every day, you will see some of the best game in the world in the rich Mara paradise. Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Zebra, Giraffe, Wildebeest and many more.
    Overnight at Mara Interpids Camp.

  3. Day 6 Masai Mara-Nairobi

    Today we will go for a half day game drive till lunch. After lunch, relax at the camp thereafter you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi at 4:00 hrs. Dinner not inclusive for the day. Transfer to Nairobi Airport for our international flights home.

  1. What to expect when in Kenya?

It consist of a variety of ecosystems each having its uniqueness. It is made up of a mosaic of evergreen forests, wetlands and grasslands. Kenya has variety of wildlife, the famous ‘Big Five’ and the various endemic species found here make it a wild-lifer’s paradise. Traveling in 4×4 land cruiser’s and experiencing the blissful balloon safaris is a cherry on the top!

  2. Are there any prerequisites for travelling to Kenya? 

    Yes, apart from having the Visa, vaccination for Yellow Fever and Adult Polio is mandatory for travelling to Kenya. These vaccinations are mandatory in many countries including India.

  3. What is the usual sharing in vehicles & accommodation? 

    The accommodations are always on double sharing basis unless otherwise opted for. Single sharing basis attracts an additional nominal fee, while triple sharing allows you to be eligible for a small discount.
    Open Landcruiser Jeeps (non AC) are allotted for the safaris, with window seats and pop-up roof for game viewing. Specific Photography Mentoring Tours have 4-in-a-vehicle.

  4. Is it safe? 

    Open jeep safaris & even nature trails conducted by us follow the highest safety standards, and we take all necessary precautions involved. We respect the wild animals and their comfort, and keep adequate distance while photographing them. However its worthy of noting, that being cautious goes a long way in preventing any mishaps.

  5. How is the climate in Kenya? 

    As Kenya is quite close to the equator, it does not experience a real summer or winter. Throughout the year it is pleasant with temperatures ranging from 20 – 28 degrees Celsius.

  6. Who all can be a part of this tour? 

    Migration is apt for photographers. This tour is one of the best for anyone who wishes to photograph some action packed scenarios. Apart from this, anybody who is fond of wildlife or is a first timer can book with us. Children of any age group, accompanied by adults can be a part of the safaris.   8. What do I pack for my travel? 

    We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes with colors that will go with the nature. Avoid bright colored clothing. A sun cap / hat along with a warm jacket or sweater is a must. We will provide a detailed list of things to be carried before the tour.

  9. What photography equipment should I carry for this tour? 

    The normal kit lens would suffice your need for taking good landscapes and photography in general. A lens with a focal length of at least 300mm is recommended for photographing birds and mammals, although larger focal lengths are always helpful. If you incorporate a zoom lens with a variable focal length instead, it could provide you with much more flexibility.

  10. Can I get Veg/ Jain food? 

    Apart from the stays in Forest Rest Houses; food menu is usually tailor made according to the group. Veg food is available at all locations, and Jain food can be arranged for if informed at the time of booking.
