All about the PANNA : Emerald Forest of Vidhyanchal.

Panna National Park located in Panna and Chattarpur district of Madhya Pradesh is formally being renowned as the 22nd tiger reserve of India and fifth in Madhya Pradesh. By covering an area of 542.67 sq km, Panna Reserve lies besides the areas of the Ken River at the central state of India, Madhya Pradesh at a distance of 57 km from Khajuraho, a world heritage center.
Ken River flows through this reserve and creates beautiful waterfalls on its way to the valley. The park has numerous sites of historical importance with stone paintings dating back to Neolithic era. The ideal home to Indian tigers, Panna is composed of deciduous forests to include other species like Indian wolf, four-horned antelope, sloth bear, leopard, chinkara and gharial.

  1. Day1 Mumbai to Jabalpur

    Meet up in Mumbai at the CSTM Railway Station and board the Jabalpur bound Garibrath Express at 13:30 hrs . Overnight in train.

  2. Day2 Jabalpur to Panna via Khajuraho

    Arrival at Jabalpur, followed by transfer to to Khajuraho. Visit to the three Temple Complexes over evening. Dinner & overnight at Panna.

  3. Day3 Panna

    Safari is an adventure that takes you to explore the unexplored trails and un-spoilt natural horizons. Morning safari is of about 5 hour’s duration. Return to the resort by 11:00 hrs, Leisure time, followed by lunch at 13:00 hrs.

    Leave for the evening safari by gypsy at 14:30 hrs and return by 18:30 hrs. Off to bed after a delightful dinner.

  4. Day4 Panna

    The bliss continues as we leave for an early morning safari. Return to the campsite by 11:00 hrs, relax and after lunch we again hop for another thrilling jungle safari. Off to bed after a delightful dinner.

  5. Day5 Panna to Mumbai via Jabalpur

    This would be our last day at Panna and after morning safari we will pack our bags and leave for Jabalpur by AC vehicles. Board the Mumbai bound train at 19:30. Dinner & overnight in train.

  6. Day6 Mumbai

    Arrival at Mumbai by noon and leave for your onward journey. The tour concludes with great wildlife memories.

Yes, flights can be opted thus saving one day at the start of the tour and the end; however certain flight timings do not coincide with the train timings; and thus the flight itinerary might make you compromise on the typical itinerary.

The accommodations are always on double sharing basis unless otherwise opted for. Single sharing basis attracts an additional nominal fee, while triple sharing allows you to be eligible for a small discount.
Safari vehicles as well as internal transit vehicles (such as SUVs) are usually shared between 6 people, unless indicated otherwise. Specific Photography Mentoring Tours have 4-in-a-vehicle. Exclusive jeeps can be reserved by an group of people after paying a surcharge.(group size less than 6)

Open jeep safaris & even nature trails conducted by us follow the highest safety standards, and we take all necessary precautions involved. We respect the wild animals and their comfort, and keep adequate distance while photographing them. However its worthy of noting, that being cautious goes a logn way in preventing any mishaps.

Apart from the stays in Forest Rest Houses; food menu is usually tailor made according to the group. Veg food is available at all locations, and Jain food can be arranged for if informed at the time of booking.
