One of India’s rich yet lesser-known parks, Pench National Park, is a typical Central Indian Teak jungle, with hilly terrain and several jungle streams. Straddling across the two states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra the Pench National Park nestles in the southern slopes of the Satpura Range. It supports a affluent diversity of wildlife, including the Tiger, Leopard, Wild Dog, Gaur, Sambar, Chital and diverse birdlife. The Park’s open habitat eases wildlife viewing and offers striking views of the area’s absolute exquisiteness. Campers should reach the resort at Pench in time for lunch. Upon arrival check-in, freshen up and have a delightful lunch. Get acquainted with the campsite. An introductory session on Pench will be conducted by the GW Expert followed by our first evening safari. After a busy, rewarding day gather for a group discussion session, before you reach out for a sumptuous dinner arranged for you. Overnight at the resort.
Wake-up call at 04:30 hrs, today we will have our morning and evening safaris. Explore the enchanting trails of this forest. Morning safari is of about 5 hour’s duration. Return to the campsite by 11:00 hrs, leisure time, followed by lunch at 13:00 hrs.
Leave for the evening safari by gypsy at 14:30 hrs and return by 18:00 hrs. Free-time till 19:00 hrs. This is the time to discuss about the fulfilled day and today’s sightings. After a delectable dinner, the day ends. Have a sound sleep.
Another morning safari that marks the end of our jungle safaris. After returning with vivid jungle memories, we have a lovely lunch. After lunch, we pack our bags and leave for our respective journeys back home.

- What to expect when in Pench?
Pench supports a affluent diversity of wildlife, Tiger being the main attraction other animals like Leopards, Jackals, Wolves, Sloth Bears etc can be seen. It also supports a diverse birdlife as more than 200 species of birds are sighted here.
- Is there a flight option to this location?
Yes, flights can be opted thus saving one day at the start of the tour and the end; however certain flight timings do not coincide with the train timings; and thus the flight itinerary might make you compromise on the typical itinerary.

- What is the usual sharing in vehicles & accommodation?
The accommodations are always on double sharing basis unless otherwise opted for. Single sharing basis attracts an additional nominal fee, while triple sharing allows you to be eligible for a small discount.
Safari vehicles as well as internal transit vehicles (such as SUVs) are usually shared between 6 people, unless indicated otherwise. Specific Photography Mentoring Tours have 4-in-a-vehicle. Exclusive jeeps can be reserved by a group after paying a surcharge.(group size less than 6)
- Is it safe?
Open jeep safaris & even nature trails conducted by us follow the highest safety standards, and we take all necessary precautions involved. We respect the wild animals and their comfort, and keep adequate distance while photographing them. However its worthy of noting, that being cautious goes a long way in preventing any mishaps.
- How is the climate in Pench?
Summer temperatures rise upto 40 degrees Celsius and gets very hot whereas in winters it gets cold and minimum temperature will drop to around 5 degrees Celsius. Traveling during both the seasons has its perks!

- What do I pack for my travel?
Apart from the season wise apparels, we recommend you to only wear comfortable clothes with colors that will go with the nature. Bright colors like red, orange, white, yellow etc are a strict no no. We will provide a detailed list of things to be carried before the tour.
